Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KeyForge(the “Site”), operated by ShellRick Tech Pty (Ltd) (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

KeyForge provides free, browser-based developer utilities — including a GUID/UUID generator, encryption and hashing tools, a password generator, and a JSON formatter. All processing runs client-side in your browser; we do not operate a back end that receives, stores, or processes the data you enter into these tools.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or other users' systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's availability, such as through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activity.
• Use the Site to generate output intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate another party.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Site's security measures, including its Content Security Policy.

No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output (including generated passwords, encrypted data, or formatted JSON) will be fit for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

KeyForgeis offered free of charge as a convenience tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShellRick Tech Pty (Ltd) and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including but not limited to data loss, security incidents resulting from your use of generated credentials or encrypted output, or reliance on any tool's results. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.

Your Data and Inputs

Because all cryptographic and formatting operations run locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for the security of your own device, browser environment, and any data you choose to process using the Site's tools. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited information we do collect (analytics and security logging).

Third-Party Services

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics for usage measurement. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. The Last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
